S.J.Suryah goes legal after losing out on 'Vijay 60'

For the past few months it was widely reported that actor-director S.J. Suryah would direct llayathalapathy Vijay's 60th film but as it turns out the most coveted opportunity has gone to director Bharathan of Azhagiya Tamizh Magan' fame.
S.J. Suryah meanwhile has decided to star in and produce a new film titled 174' to be directed by Manikandan a former assistant of Selvaraghavan. The thriller film supposedly deals with section 174 of the criminal procedure code relating to a person dying under mysterious circumstances. Suriyah apparently plays an investigating cop in the film and the details of the rest of the cast and crew members will be out soon.
