Kamal Haasan's Makkal Neethi Maiam gets an alliance partner for Elections 2019

While the DMK-Congress and the ADMK-BJP combos are going on a head to head contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019 with many of the smaller parties under their wings. Kamal Haasan the new entrant to the political arena was sort of left to fight his first polls alone but there is a new twist to that tale.

S.K. Tamilarasan of the Republic Party of India (Inthiya Jananayaga Katchi) had met Kamal Haasan yesterday to discuss a possible alliance which has been confirmed now. The IJK has been given one seat in the MP elections and three seats in the Tamil Nadu assembly byelections. It has also been revealed that all the candidates will face the polls under the Torch Light symbol of the MNM.
