Saif Ali Khan and Prabhas starrer Adipurush will begin shoot in this day.

Saif Ali Khan and Prabhas are set to appear in Om Raut's 'Adipurush', a reimagining of the mythological epic Ramayan. Prabhas is set to play the protagonist while Saif will portray the antagonist Lankesh. With two big stars attached, the hype around this ambitious project is unreal.

According to reports the crew will begin production on 2nd of February. The movie will incorporate the use of heavy VFX and motion capture technology, which is quite popular in American cinema. Earlier it was revealed that the appearance of Saif's character will be enhanced through VFX and motion capture just like Josh Brolin's character in Avengers movies.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, 'Adipurush' might hit screens in August 2021.
