After the critically acclaimed 'Tharkappu', Actor Sakthi P.Vasu's next film titled as '7 Naatkal' has been launched with a formal Pooja in Chennai today. This film marks the Kollywood entry of two more members from the family of veteran director P.Vasu.

Vasu's brother Vimal has penned the script for this film while Vimal's son and Sakthi's cousin Gautham makes his debut as a director with this film.

Nikesha Patel has been roped in to play the lead heroine of this film. Ganesh Venkatraman of 'Thani Oruvan' fame will be playing an important character. The supporting cast includes Prabhu who has acted in many super hit films directed by P.Vasu and M.S.Bhasker who claims to be a childhood friend of Vimal.

Vishal Chandrasekar of 'Jil Jung Juk' fame has been roped in for the musical score while veteran M.S.Prabhu will handle the cinematography.

'7 Naatkal' is being produced by Million Dollar Movies Production banner.
