It seems building muscular and brawny body has become the tread in Indian Film Industry. From Bollywood stars Aamir Khan, who has beefed his body to 95 kg for his upcoming movie DANGAL to Salman Khan everyone is focusing on strapping body. It may be noted Salman Khan has put around 95 kg to play a wrestler in his upcoming film SULTAN.
Like Bollywood even the South Indian Film Industry has been beaten by the bug of body making. In this yearÂs highest grossing movie BAHUBALI the protagonist Prabhas and the antagonist Rana Daggubati, both the actors had worked extensively on their physique and made spectacular bodies!
In fact both the South stars developed the kind of body which is so magnificent that even the BollywoodÂs two Khans viz. Salman and Aamir look piggy in front of physiques of Prabhas and Rana Daggubati.
According to their fitness trainer Lakshman, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, both had developed their body naturally doing rigorous and strenuous workout regime. In addition they were supported with a strict diet which consisted of high protein meals.
The latest actor who is making waves for his amazing transformation and stunning body is R. Madhavan, who plays boxer trainer in his latest upcoming film SAALA KHADOOS (IRUDHI SUTTRU in Tamil).
A look at the trailer of SAALA KHADOOS that released on December 15 one is left dumbfounded at the astonishing physique that Madhavan that he has developed for the role.
Madhavan, who went to the US for bodybuilding training says, ÂI am extremely happy with my training because despite being a vegetarian, I have been able to develop 18 and half biceps inches, which is close to 20 inch biceps size of Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger! Awesome indeed!
MadhavanÂs movie is attracting a lot of attention because it is co-produced by dynamic film Rajkumar Hirani, who has given such hits like 3 IDIOTS, MUNNABHAI series and PK
