Samantha Akkineni goes gaga over 'film of the year'

Samantha Akkineni has given a fawning review of Suriya's latest movie, 'Aakasam Nee Haddhu Ra'. Titled 'Soorarai Pottru' in Tamil, the action thriller has been directed by Sudha Kongara.

Taking to social media on Tuesday, the 'Oh Baby' and 'Jaanu' actor said that she has watched the film of the year. A gem. Outstanding. Just the inspiration I needed, the star actress wrote, lauding the performances of Suriya and Aparna Balamurali.

The film, released on November 12 on OTT, has been a favourite of movie-buffs this year.

As for Samantha, she recently shot for an episode of 'Sam Jam' with Chiranjeevi. She also interviewed Rana Daggubati for the talk show.
