Samantha's best friend is Shilpa Reddy who is a prominent Indian fashion designer and only a couple of days the actress shared a video of both of them playing with their pet dogs. Now comes the shocking news that Shilpa has tested positive for COVID 19 and unlike most who would be bogged down by it has instead shared the experience on a video and how to overcome it.

Shilpa has written on her Insta page has also given advice as to how she is treating herself with a mix of yoga, breathing exercises, diet and vitamin supplements. She has also gone on in length to give hope to those who are afraid of the disease and feel that its the end if they get infected.

I checked with my doctor and he gave us a go ahead to take flu shots to avoid panic even when you get a common cold or cough - (INFLUVAC) Inactivated influenza vaccine by - Abbot India lent -There are different doses for adults and children Its a good idea to get the influenza shot if you have elders at home but again you must consider checking with your family doctor ..Since every case is different.. -There is a natural concoctions that helps prepare u r body * -5 bulbs garlic -7 or 8 cloves -15 Tulsi leaves (OR 20 Basil leaves) -1 Teaspoon Ajwain -5 mint leaves -10 black pepper .boil
