Samantha has a lip-lock in NEP

Reports have confirmed that there will indeed be a lip-lock in Neethaane En Ponvasantham involving Samantha and Jiiva. A leaked image from the Telugu version of the film in which the actress will be opposite Nani has gotten out in Tollywood and we have information to believe that there will be a similar shot in the Tamil version as well. This is quite a surprise considering Samantha's roles until now, all of which have seen her play down-to-earth characters.
However, the actress is slowly taking a turn towards a glamour figure and Gautham Menon has possibly convinced her to do the shot in both versions of his film. To make sure that the scene captures the audience's emotion across screens, he has kept the news secret so far. We will only get to see if it's true or not when the film comes out.
