Samantha is not doing the champions biopic

It has been rumoured that Samantha Akkineni will play the role of the badminton legend PV Sindhu in a biopic on the sportswoman. Since the 'Majili' actress has been choosing only 'hatke' roles these days, many have started to believe the news.

Turns out that the talented 'Oh Baby' actress is not doing any biopic. In the first place, none related to the planned PV Sindhu biopic has approached her.

Samantha's focus is now on doing physically non-demanding roles. Her next is the Telugu remake of '96', which has Sharwanand playing the lead man. The 'Rangasthalam' and 'Mahanati' actress was recently in the news for holidaying in Spain with her husband Naga Chaitanya and others while on a tour.
