Samantha finally opens up on her special song from Allu Arjun's Pushpa

Samantha's first-ever special song is worth the hype and is being lauded for her bold, blingy special number in Pushpa. Visuals from theatres show the masses boogie for Samantha's fizzy item song. Samantha and Allu Arjun dance to the beats, while the viewers were spotted throwing confetti and hurling papers at the screen

While a section of the audience is amazed by Sam's never seen before avatar, a lot of them have slammed her for doing this item number. Recently, reacting to her being a part of it, Sam said, "It is so challenging...To get the steps right, rhythm, and everything right is very tiring."

Director Sukumar, on the other hand, stated that Samantha rejected the offer initially saying she couldn't be a part of it. However, he managed to convince her. He gave her an example of Pooja Hegde's dance number in Rangasthalam.

Samantha recently took to her Instagram handle and penned an appreciation post for Allu Arjun. The famous actress told her fans that Allu Arjun’s performance in Pusha will keep them hooked. Sharing a poster from the movie, Samantha wrote, “This is an @alluarjunonline appreciation post !! A performance that just keeps you hooked .. every second was (fire emoticons) I am always always inspired when an actor is just so good that it is impossible to look away .. @alluarjunonline was that for me in #Pushpa .. from the accent to the one side drooping shoulder and that god damn SWAG …. Phew .. absolutely stunning .. truly truly inspired.”

It is also notable that at a recent press meet in Chennai, when Allu Arjun was asked regarding the controversy surrounding Oo Sollava as it portrays that men are lustful. AA gave an awkward smile and said, "It's true. Whatever is written in the song is true," and he passed on the mic to music composer DSP.
