Samantha’s Telugu-Tamil thriller to be shot from Feb

It's known that Samantha Akkineni recently signed up to do a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual.   A mystery thriller, it will be a remake of the Sandalwood blockbuster 'U-Turn'.

The news is that this promising movie will be shot from Feb.  Pawan Kumar, who wielded the megaphone for the original version, is on board.  It will be bankrolled by Srinivasa.  

With this, Samantha will have a range of releases in 2018.  'Abhimanyudu' with Vishal ('Irumbu Thirai' in Tamil), 'Mahanati' in Telugu (and Tamil), 'Rangasthalam' in Telugu and Sivakarthikeyan's 'Super Deluxe' in Tamil are the ones as of now.  There are reports that 'Mahanati' won't be releasing on March 29.  It could release only in May.
