Samuthirakani and Sasikumar Together Again

After a National award winning performance in 'Visaranai', Samuthirakani has completed directing the film 'Appa' the sequel to his critically acclaimed super hit flick 'Sattai'. Samuthirakani plays the lead role in this film along with a few kids and teenagers.
As the title suggests, the film speaks about the role of a father in the growth of a child. Isaignani Ilaiyaraj has done the musical score for this film.
The teaser of the film has been released last night and it is being widely shared in social media. Now we learn that the teaser will be screened in theaters screening Sasikumar-Miya George starrer 'Vetrivel' which is hitting the screens across the globe today.
It is worth noting that Sasikumar and Samuthirakani are good friends and they have worked together in films such as 'Subramaniapuram', Nadodigal', 'Easan' and 'Porali'.
