Coronavirus spread has been unpredictable and unexpectedly rapid, with the sudden rise in the number of cases in Tamil Nadu alone coming as a massive shock and a reality check for people who are still joking on corona.

Yesterday alone, 110 Coronavirus positive cases were reported and this took the Tamil Nadu total cases to 234. Director Rathna kumar of Aadai and Meyaadha Maan has asked people to create awareness on Coronavirus rather than trending Samuthirakani memes and hashtags.

Rathna kumar tweeted "Dear people instead of spreading fake forwards and creating meme for Samuthirakan creating hash tags. Please take this to every one. This is serious ??. Let's not get into Stage 3 #CoronavirusOutbreakindia".
