Sana Khan may do Silk in Malayalam

Close on the heels of the success of 'The Dirty Picture', Silk Smitha's life has become a favourite subject for some filmmakers.

While it is being claimed that the Tamil and Telugu versions of 'The Dirty Picture' are being planned, a Malayalam film on the yesteryear actress is all set to get a kick start.

Titled 'Profile', the biopic of the yesteryear actress is penned by Antony Eastman, who introduced Silk to the Malayalam film industry. And Sana Khan of Mr. Nookayya fame has been roped in to play the lead role.

The makers of 'Profile' say the script has no connection with 'The Dirty Picture'. The film will be helmed by Anil. Unlike DP, this is the original version of Silk's life, since Antony Eastman was the one who launched the actress in Mollywood, says the director
