Sandhya back to Mollywood

Sandhya, popularly known as ÂKadhal Sandhya is having a peculiar sort of tough time in her career. Though many of her films have translated into big Box Office hits, it didn't bring her continuous projects. She had created a number of big hits in Tamil like ÂKadhalÂ, ÂDishum DishumÂ, but Kollywood due to some curious reasons opted for Mumbai heroines instead of actresses like her. In Malayalam, even after a hit like 'Cycle', she was not considered for any other movie apart from an offbeat flick, till recently. Even in Kannada, she proved to a fine actress with her movie ÂAptha Rakshaka becoming a blockbuster, but was not considered for any of the versions of the same movie.
Anyhow, the actress is once again finding Malayalam as a safe haven and has started her work in the movie ÂCollege Days with Indrajith as hero. The movie will feature three other lead names in the heroine list apart from Sandhya.
