Sanghavi was one of the popular heroines of Vijay in the 1990s. She was part of many romantic and commercial entertainers, and was last seen in Arjun starrer 'Aanai' in 2005.

After a gap of 10 long years, the actress is back, with a film titled 'Kolanji'. In the movie produced by Naveen of 'Moodar Koodam' fame, Sanghavi plays the wife of actor-director Samuthirakani.

"It is a children movie and I play the mother of two kids. I sincerely hope that this would pave way for my re-entry," says Sanghavi, adding that she is neither in love nor engaged with anyone.
