Sanjay Dutt has been very vocal about taking up cudgels against drugs and is very keen to spread awareness of narcotics, as he has experienced it himself.
The actor now wants to take it a step ahead and is eager to visit the heart of the drug issue - the state of Punjab.
It's statistically known that Punjab has the highest percentage of drug addicts as a share of population. Sanjay will be taking time out and will start the journey of his cause from there.
Moreover, Sanjay also wants to share his personal journey and experiences about what it took him to emerge a winner in the end. He is said to be planning to seek governmental help to shed light on the subject and implement something solid that would fight the drug menace. As he knows the consequences of addiction, Dutt's genuine work will be appreciated.
