Santhanam approaches High Court for bail

As reported by us earlier popular actor Santhanam was invovled in a physical altercation with a building contractor Shanmugasundaram and his friend lawyer Prem Anand in which the contractor's nose was broken. READ : Santhanam injured in fistfight with builder-Full details here
Shanmughasundaram had lodged a police complaint against Santhanam and the comedy superstar has approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail. It is said that the whole incident is becaise the contractor had procured a huge advance from Santhanam to build a marriage hall but did not proceed with the work as agreed.
