Santhanam's much expected film to start before Diwali

As we have reported earlier. actor Santhanam will be teaming up again with Manikandan the director of his debut production venture 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya' in which the actor played a role that is almost equal to the hero.

Now we learn from a reliable source that the project which has been long in the talks stage will be finally commence on this Friday (October 28) with a formal Pooja in Chennai. The shooting will start from the 1st week of November after a short break for Diwali festival.

More details about the flick are expected to be revealed by the makers with official announcement.

This year Santhanam who has stopped acting as comedian and supporting characters, delivered the super hit horror flick 'Dhillukku Dhuttu' which has placed him in a better position as a commercial hero. He has completed shooting for debutant director Anand Balki's 'Server Sundaram' and also has a film with acclaimed director Selvaraghavan in his kitty.
