Santhanam's next from August

After the success of ÂVallavanukku Pullum AayudhamÂ, Santhanam has decided to go ahead with hero roles apart from continuing as a comedian in other films. Last week we reported that Santhanam will be acting as the lead hero in another film that will be produced by his Handmade Films banner.

Now we have come to know more details about the project. Santhanam has revealed in a recent interview that his next film as the lead hero will be directed by Muruga and Anand who have worked as his dialogue writers, right from ÂLollu Sabha days. Santhanam has also added that the film will go on floors in August and Ashna Zaveri who acted with him in VPA is likely to be retained as the heroine. However this will not be a remake and it will be a original Tamil script
Media reports suggest that the film has been titled as ÂDhillukku Duttu but the title is yet to be confirmed by official sources.
