Since 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' casts Mahesh Babu as a soldier, the makers have unveiled a special tribute song celebrating the greatness of the soldier. The title beat heard in the recently-released hero-intro teaser forms a part of the tribute. Least likely to be a part of the film, this one has been rendered by Devi Sri Prasad, the film's music director.

"To all the martyrs who laid down their lives to serve our nation. To every soldier who stands brave, tall & fearless in front of enemy lines...Let's salute each one of them today & everyday! Value your freedom... Jai Hind," says the superstar.

The big-ticket entertainer recently wrapped up its second schedule in Hyderabad. Vijayashanthi, Prakash Raj and others are part of the cast. Rashmika Mandanna is paired up with the 'Maharshi' star. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, this one has cinematography by Rathnavelu.

Produced jointly by Anil Sunkara and Dil Raju, its release is for Sankranthi 2020.
