Senior actress and the dream girl of the black and white era Saroja Devi celebrated her 74th birthday today along with the newly elected administrators of the Nadigar Sangam. Veteran actor Sivakumar was also present when the septuagenarian actress blew the candle and cut the cake.

Moreover, Saroja Devi has added more meaning to her birthday by donating Rs.5 lakhs for the relief and rehabilitation of Chennai Rain and flood victims. The actress has handed over her contribution to the Nadigar Sangam President Nasser who will deposit it to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund along with the donations of other actors.
