Actor Sasikumar has had four releases last year with 'Tharai Thappattai', 'Vetrivel', 'Kidaari' and 'Balle Velleiya Theva' . But this year it is August and till now he has not had a release.

Now comes an important update on his next film. The shooting of 'Kodi Veeran' starring Sasikumar in the lead has been wrapped up. Sasikumar has just confirmed the news in his official Twitter handle. He is also the producer of the film.

The film is being directed by Muthaiah who made his debut with Sasikumar starrer 'Kutty Puli'. 'Kodi Veeran' stars Sasikumar, Poorna Sanusha, Mahima Nambiar and Vidharth n important roles.

N.R.Raghunandhan provides the music score for the film while cinematography is by S.R.Kathir.
