Is our country a dustbin? Sathish on Sterlite

People’s protest to shut down the Sterlite plant in Tuticorin for the past 50 days have gained only traction with the involvement of Makkal Needhi Maiam’s Kamal Haasan, Sarath Kumar etc. Many celebrities including Rajinikanth has registered his strong opinions on the matter in their social pages.
The latest to voice out condemnation in the Sterlite issue is actor Sathish. ‘Is our country a trash can?’ he expressed his angst. He had also stated in his post that it gives cancer to people while the businessmen running it earn profits out of it. Further Sathish pointed out that the issue is national.
