'Sathya' is an upcoming movie directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy. The film which is touted to be a crime thriller is the official remake of Telugu hit 'Kshanam'.

Sibiraj essays the lead role in this movie alongside an ensemble cast which comprises of Ramya Nambeesan, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Anandraj, Sathish and Yogi Babu.

The music for the film is being scored by debutant music composer Simon.K.King. Arunmani Palani is the lensman of the film and Goutham Ravichandran has lent his expertise in editing.

'Sathya' is being bankrolled by Maheswari Sathyaraj under the production banner of 'Nathambal Film Factory'.

'Sathya' is set to hit the screens on November 24.
