Thala Ajith's 'Viswasam' locked horns with Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Petta' on January 10th and has continued to dominate the Tamil Nadu box office for the seventh consecutive week. Sathyajyothi Films Thyagarajan has opened up about the real box office collections of the film in TN and has come up with the staggering 130 Crores with the distributor share being 75 Crores. This is truly huge and that too to achieve it with such a stiff competition has proved beyond any doubt the box office might of Thala Ajith.

'Viswasam' directed by Siruthai Siva has Ajith, Nayanthara, Robo Shankar, Yogi Babu, Thambi Ramaiah, Vivek and Anikha in the cast. D.Imman scored the music, Vettri handled the cinematography and Ruben the editing.
