SC orders Mohan Babu to file an affidavit

It is well-known that Mohan Babu and Brahmanandam were asked by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh to return their Padma Shris for using them as a prefix in the credits of 'Dhenikaina Ready' movie.

Mohan Babu and Brahmanandam have challenged the orders of High Court in the Supreme court of India.

The court has ordered Mohan Babu to file an affidavit that he will not misuse the title anywhere. The court has adjourned the further hearing of the petition filed by Mohan Babu to April 17th.
