Scissors found in body of woman in Hyderabad

A Hyderabadi woman had been suffering from acute stomach pain for a fortnight. She went to a hospital and was advised by the doctors to admit herself in the hospital. After a few tests, what the doctors found in the patient's abdomen stumped them. A pair of surgical scissors had been causing the pain!

Going into the details, the woman had undergone Hernia surgery at the NIMS in Hyderabad some three months ago. The surgeon forgot to take out the surgical scissors from her body.

As soon as the woman's family came to know of the truth, they rushed to the NIMS and staged a dharna, demanding action against the surgeon for his negligence.
