Selva, Andrea together again

Even as rumour mills working overtime claiming that the ‘relationship’ between Selvaraghavan and Andrea is on rocks, the filmmaker has roped in the actress for his forthcoming venture, starring Vikram in the lead role.

Sources in the know say that ‘Ananthapuram 1980’ fame Swathi and Andrea will be the heroines of the yet to be titled movie, produced by S Ramesh Babu for Kanakaratna Movies.

Says Ramesh Babu, a noted producer in Tollywood who had produced Tamil films including ‘Pokkiri’, “It was my desire to do a movie with Vikram, known for doing varied roles and Selvaraghavan, famous for his daring themes.”

Ismail Darbar, who scored music for Hindi hit ‘Devadas’ is making his debut in Tamil with the movie. The other credits are Ramji (cinematography) and Kola Baskar (editing). The shooting for the movie began at Ladakh recently.

Andrea is one of the heroines of Selvaraghavan’s ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ which would see the light of the day soon, while Swathi played Trisha's sister in super hit ‘Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule’, directed by Selvaraghavan before.
