Sequel to Karthis latest film, Khaidi

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has indirectly suggested that 'Khaidi' ('Kaithi' in Tamil) is going to have a sequel.

"Thanks for the overwhelming response guys. Loved every minute in sets and the entire process of making kaithi...will cherish this forever! To answer all your questions, yes, Dilli (name of Karthi's character) will be back," the filmmaker today said. What began as a small idea in Lokesh's mind is now going to be a two-part saga.

Released in Tamil and Telugu this Friday, the dark thriller has opened to stunning reviews across the board. Starring also Malayalam actor Narain, its music is by Sam CS.
