Shabana Azmi asks SRK to do women centric film

  • IndiaGlitz, [Thursday,March 28 2013]

If one would have gone by the recent tea commercial of Shah Rukh Khan, they would have wondered whether the superstar will really allow heroine’s name to be put before him in film’s credit list. But yeah, it’s true! The Badshah of Bollywood has indeed vowed to do so.

Being quite impressed with his decision, veteran actress and activist Shabana Azmi has popped up a request to SRK to do women oriented films.

Wrote Azmi on her micro-blogging site thus, SRK glad you are giving heroines credit above your title. Please also do a few heroine oriented films in which you play secondary role to make it more viable.

Shah Rukh, whose next release is ‘Chennai Express’, was well-acclaimed for his performance in ‘Chak De’ where he played a Hockey coach to women’s team.
