Shah Rukh Khan's office turns into an ICU

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan is also known for his involvement in good deeds albeit his bestowment in the Bollywood industry. He has now been binging himself in aiding the victims of corona in alleviating the disease.

Last April, he had conferred his office to Bombay Municipal Corporation to utilize the area as a room for asymptomatic corona patients. The transformed office had about 66 patients admitted, amongst which, 54 got discharged after recovery. On account of transitioning the space to an ICU, the remaining 12 patients had been shifted to another space.

The transition work which began in July, recently got completed and is all set to be operated. In association with SRK's Meer Foundation, Hinduja Hospital in Khar, and the BMC, the facility of 15 beds has become serviceable from yesterday.

Dr. Avinash Supe of the Hinduja Hospital Khar said, It has been equipped with ventilators, oxygen lines, high flow nasal oxygen machines, and liquid oxygen storage tanks for high-risk and critical patients. The service will be run by Hinduja Hospital under the guidance of the BMC.

This initiative of King Khan has been accredited and immensely receiving appreciation from the people of the nation.
