Shahid Kapoor's birthday meets deadline

There are things people do to give complete dedication to their work. And our handsome and talented Shahid Kapoor is one among them... The young actor has been on a very long shooting schedule - being on sets for nearly 14-16 hours a day to finish the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Phata Poster Nikala Hero’ (PPNH).

So in order to set a work target, Shahid made a deadline out of his birthday (25th Feb) and was determined a goal to finish shooting for Rajkumar Santoshi’s film before that. Since the film needed to be shot on various real locations, it thus was a little more tedious. Moreover, the shooting usually gets stalled at times due to permissions or the crowds.

However, sans any starry tantrums, Shahid would accommodate and shoot extra hours to finish work. He had made a self target and lived up to it, revealed a source.

Shahid who is a complete movie buff, kick-started his day by watching Oscars which was playing Live at 6 am (IST). Starting his day with with films is the ideal bet for the young actor who is absolutely invested in his craft.

Shahid had watched ‘Argo’ with his brother Ishaan and really liked the film. He was rooting for ‘Argo’ at the Oscars - in a sense and was thrilled to know that the film won under the Best Movie category.

Shahid will soon start shooting for Prabhudeva's Rambo Rajkumar.
