'Shakeela' poster sees Richa in a mocktail glass

Iconic actress Shakeela's biopic is being made in Hindi. Bollywood diva Richa Chadda (of 'Fukrey', 'Ram Leela', 'Masaan', 'Sarbjit' and 'Main Aur Charles' fame) is playing the titular role in this film titled 'Shakeela'. It's directed by Indrajit Lankesh.
The film's New Year look is out and it's quite titillating. Coming with the caption 'Not a porn star', the poster confirms the movie's release to be in summer. 'Iss saal ka jaam, Shakeela ke naam' is how the poster greets us.
The film reportedly tells the story of Shakeela right from her childhood. How she rose up to superstardom in Kerala in her own right will be exciting to watch for many. One only hopes there won't be any titillation in the movie.
