Shankar plans big

Having completed Sivaji, director Shankar will now evince keen interest in producing movies. His S Pictures has carved a niche for itself coming up with, out with 'different' films.

The likes of Kadhal, Veyyil and Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi were acclaimed by all.

Buzz is that Shankar is planning to produce four movies simultaneously. After Kadhal, Balaji Sakthivel would come up with a movie for Shankar. The others to direct films for S Pictures include Imsai Arasan fame Simbhu Devan, Selvan, who directed films including Suri and Chellamae fame Gandhi Krishna.

Sources say Shankar is planning to commence these films simultaneously. However the director is tight-lipped about his next directorial venture.
