Shilpa Shetty going to share whatever she learnt on good health

Having successfully dabbled in the jewellery and fashion segment, former actress and businesswoman Shilpa Shetty Kundra will soon write a book on health and nutrition.

The book, which Shetty has been working on for the past seven months, will highlight everything that Shilpa has learnt so far about fitness and living a healthy life.

Confirmed the gorgeous diva, "I am writing a book on nutrition and health as I have always felt strongly about good health. All what I have learnt so far, I am going to put that in the book. It's all in the mind. You have to train your mind to loose weight. You have to make a lifestyle modification. With a positive approach you can achieve anything".
