The stalwart actor in all kinds of roles in Kannada cinema, first son of Dr Rajakumar-Dr.Shivarajakumar has set his eyes on a national award in the coming years. He has hopes on his new film Santheyalli Ninta Kabira` to fetch such an award for him.

Returning from Italy and Rome shooting schedule of his two films Vajrakaaya` and Shivalinga` Dr Shiv facing the jet lag came to media friends and explained his feelings on winning an award at the national level.

The winning of national award has cropped up in the mind of Dr Shiv is also because of one of his junior colleagues Sanchari Vijay bagging such an honor at a young age.

Asked on such level of film Dr Shiv points to his film Santheyalli Ninta Kabira` that has high standards and appealing at the national level. When Kabir comes to market place what revolution happens is one of the interesting developments in the film. I am appearing as natural as possible for this film says Dr Shiv.
