SHOCKING: Pregnant woman murders her son as a 'sacrifice to God'!

In a shocking incident, a pregnant woman named Shahida murdered her 6-year-old son by cutting the throat at Poolakkad in Palakkad. The incident happened on Sunday at about 4 ‘o clock in the morning.
Reportedly, Shahida killed her 3rd son Aamili in the bathroom of their house as a sacrifice to God. After committing the crime, Shahida went to her neighbor's house and informed the Police about the killing from the neighbor's phone. Neither Sulaiman nor the other children were aware of the murder as they were sleeping in another room of the house.Shahida told police that she had an inner call from the Almighty to sacrifice her son.
Shahida had worked as a teacher at a ‘madrassa’ for several years. Shahida and her husband Sulaiman, a taxi driver, have 3 children and is three months pregnant. According to the locals, she was a kind woman and was very caring towards her children. Nobody was aware of Shahida's mental ailments. The accused has been taken into custody by the police and a probe is underway. The incident has sent shockwaves across the state.
