'Sholay 3D' becomes first Hindi cinema to go Youtube

Indian cinema’s biggest classic blockbuster cinema ‘Sholay’ has added yet another trophy to its well-awarded shelf. The film’s latest, modern version Sholay 3D’s theatrical is reported to be the first to be seen on Youtube’s 3D channel. Which in fact, it becomes the first Hindi film to be showcased on Youtube’s international 3D channel.

According to our sources, UTV and Jayantilal Gada specially wrote to YouTube internationally to see if it could be showcased on their channel along with the best of Hollywood 3D.

A cult classic starring Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Sanjeev Kumar, Amjad Khan among others, ‘Sholay’ in a new format is releasing on January 3rd.
