It's known that Kamal Haasan was recently hospitalized after he caught Covid-19. The legendary actor has been undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai.

On Wednesday, actress and Kamal's daughter Shruti Haasan took to social media to give an update about her father's health. "Thank you for all your wishes and prayers for my father's health. He is recovering well and is looking forward to interacting with all of you soon," the 'Gabbar Singh' actress wrote. His fans have been praying for a quick recovery.

Recently, Kamal became India’s first celeb to go for metaverse. The legendary actor has partnered with Fantico, India’s first curated celebrity NFT and fan engagement platform, via Lotus Media Entertainment.

As for Shruti Haasan, she was recently roped in for Nandamuri Balakrishna's 107th movie, which is directed by Gopichand Malineni. The actress is also doing a film opposite Prabhas. Titled 'Salaar', it is directed by Prashanth Neel.
