Shruti Haasan in Pollachi

A Tamil girl shooting in the rural heartland of Tamil Nadu for a Telugu film, which is a remake of a Hindi blockbuster. Interesting isn't it? Well, we are talking about Shruti Haasan, the '7aum Arivu' heroine.
The elder daughter of Kamal Haasan is working with Pawan Kalyan in Pollachi, for a film titled 'Gabbar Singh', which is the Telugu version of Salman Khan's 'Dabangg'. Some important scenes are being shot there, sources say.
Confirming this, the actress-singer-music composer wrote on her microblogging page, Off to Pollachi for Gabbar Singh. Excited to start work on that! Earlier there were rumours that Shruthi Haasan was replaced by Ileana D' Cruz in 'Gabbar Singh'.
But Shruti denied it confirmed her presence. I don't know how such rumours crop up? I am very much part of Gabbar Singh and I am eager to start working with Pawan Kalyan, who is one of the top stars of Tollywood, she said.
