Shruti Haasan has become a star actress over the years in southern film industry despite her refusal to act in too many movies. Did she take to acting naturally? Much as you would have believed that the choice came to her naturally, what the 'Race Gurram' actress has to say is revealing.

"I had no plans of acting. It happened to be my mistake. But I will say it is the best mistake of life," the 'Gabbar Singh' actress tells Cinema Express.

She adds, "I don't know what to do with this much of love. It's overwhelming in a beautiful way. As an artist, we work for that sound of cheer." She regards the 2015 film 'Srimanthudu', which starred Mahesh Babu in the lead, as a film that brought her the love of fans.
