Shruti Haasan ventures into Hollywood!

Actress Shruti Haasan, after starring in Suriya starrer Singam 3 had been on a break focusing on her music career and also made her television debut and hosted a TV chat show named Hello Sago.

She recently signed her next Tamil movie post the break, with the SP Jhananathan directorial Laabam costarring Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi. Even as the movie's shooting is making progress here's an interesting update on her next project.

Shruti Haasan has been signed to play an important role in the Hollywood series Treadstone which is set in Bourne series universe. The series will have her playing Nira Patel, a Delhi based waitress covering her other life of an assassin.
