Shruti Haasan & the Gautami-Kamal separation

A day after Gautami announced her separation with Kamal Haasan in an emotional blog, Shruti Haasan's spokesperson has issued a statement saying that Kamal's daughter is not going to comment on the issue.
"Shruti has never commented on anyone's personal life and their decisions. For her, what matters most is standing by, loving and respecting her family - her parents and her sister, no matter what," the statement reads.
It's known that Shruti was in news a couple of months ago for reportedly having differences with Gautami over costumes in 'Sabaash Naidu'. Although her spokesperson denied anything going wrong between Shruti and Gautami, the very clarification showed that the rumour was taken seriously by the actress. In this context comes the unambiguous statement a day after Gautami has chosen to end a 13-year relationship with Kamal.
