Shruti Haasan has been confirmed as the heroine of Ravi Teja's cop actioner. To be directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film marks Shruti’s comeback in Telugu after her 2017 outing 'Katamarayudu'.  

"We are happy that the actress has teamed up with Mass Maharaj for the second time after ‘Balupu’.  Their first outing was a hit and was directed by Gopichand himself," the makers say.  Says producer Tagore Madhu, "The director will pen the film, which is in the scripting stage.  This is a wholesome entertainer with all the necessary ingredients."  

Currently in the scripting stage, the untitled project will be launched next month.  This is Ravi Teja's 66th film.  He awaits the release of Vi Anand's 'Disco Raja'.
