Shruti leaves to Italy, despite being unwell

Despite being unwell, Shruti Haasan has headed to Italy to shoot for her upcoming film directed by Siruthai Siva. The pretty damsel is supposed to shoot (with Ajith) for a romantic song in Milan and the actress has agreed to go as schedule since she didn't want to disrupt the shooting schedule.
A source close to the actress says, “Shruti had a viral fever on the day she left to Italy but she did not want to disturb the schedule and took off to Italy a couple of days ago, and we hear that she is fine now."
Meanwhile Shruti is fast wrapping up the shoot of Mahesh Babu-starrer Srimandthudu' in Telugu
