Siddharth awaits success with OMF

It has been a long while since Siddharth Narayan has had a hit. The last time one saw him deliver a sure shot hit was when his Aata released in 2007. Thereafter, his career entered rough waters. Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam, Oye!, Striker (Hindi), Bava left him in the lurch. But, it was Anaganaga O Dheerudu that became the last straw.

180 was yet another blow he had not bargained for when he signed on the film. For a chocolate boy of his eminence, the kind of drubbing was cruel, to say the least.

Not all is over for the actor. He has it in him. Awaiting Oh My Friend's release, Sid may bounce back with a renewed vigour. The Dil Raju production, it is hoped, will offer him solace.

Like in all of the star producer's productions, the hero will show a new dimension to himself. So it will be with Sid. We bet!
