Sidharth Malhotra: No cheating

Sidharth Malhotra has been shooting for his upcoming film 'Brothers' for which he has undergone a drastic look change. Sidharth is essaying the role of a wrestler in the film, for which he had to change his entire look and so has been on a specific diet where he needs to eat in the span of every 3 hours.
According to our sources, the actor has a stringent 6 meal plan which is high on protein. He has to eat measured portions of meals which include meat, eggs, soya bean, vegetables, paneer. In fact most of his food is boiled or with minimum oil and herbs. Plus, Sidharth had an extensive workout regime which he had to follow all along.
Interestingly, while he was not in a shooting schedule during Christmas and New Year, Sidharth had to continue keeping up with his diet and exercise regime. He is quite particular that he doesn't break his routine and had been dedicatedly following it even he was on holidays. Truly a committed actor, we say...
