Silambarasan turns a year older today, though the wishes are pouring from every corner of the film industry the best gift came from Studio Green, the producers of his upcoming film Pathu Thala.
Pathu Thala is directed by Obeli N Krishna, and stars STR, Gautham Karthik and Priya Bhavani Shankar. It is reportedly a remake of the Kannada film Mufti. AR Rahman is scoring music for the movie.
As promised, the production house released a poster and a glimpse video for Atman Simbu. In the video Simbu was seen donning a pepper salt looks with a thick moustache and beard. He was introduced as AJR in the video. The 37-second video also had Priya Bhavani Shankar in a close-up shot. Amidst Simbu's marriage rumours this video has come as a treat for his fans.
On the other hand, Simbu's last outing 'Maanaadu' directed by Venkat Prabhu was a blockbuster hit. He is currently shooting for his upcoming film Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu helmed by Gautham Vasudev Menon.
