Red hot updates on Simbu's 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' & 'Pathu Thala'!

It is already known that Simbu resumed shooting for his long-delayed film 'Pathu Thala' earlier this month. Meanwhile, we recently updated you that the actor shot some stunt sequences for 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu 2' lead scenes in Lucknow in 'Pathu Thala' getup.

Now, STR is back to shooting for 'Pathu Thala'. The new schedule of the movie's shooting commenced in Karaikudi yesterday and Silambarasan will shoot till Thursday. Then, he will return to Chennai for the 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' audio launch to be held on September 2 (Friday) at Vels University in Pallavaram. AR Rahman has scored music for both 'VTK' and 'Pathu Thala'.

Superstar Rajinikanth, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan are invited for the grand audio launch ceremony. As per the latest reports, several big announcements are expected in the music release function including 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu 2', 'Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu 2' and Simbu's upcoming project with Raaj Kamal Films International.
